We've known Bryan for years. I selected him as our realtor because he is active in our community (ie: organize yard sales, flags on our mailboxes for the 4th of July, Christmas gifts to local restaurants to his community, etc).
Bryan is an EXCELLENT listener. He pays attention to his clients, and I always felt heard, seen, and my opinions were taken into consideration.
Bryan was responsible for the final number of the price of our home. He was through in his math and gave me confidence to list it for what we did .

My partner and I were looking to purchase property in an area we were not familiar with and were recommended Bryan, and thank god he was put on our path. As first time home buyers overwhelmed is an understatement when it comes to everything thrown at you off the bat going into this process. Bryan walked us through every step taking his time to explain and make sure we fully understood the process as we moved along. We had to experience a unique set of circumstances being that we needed to find and close on a house in a month with thanksgiving in the middle of that, which was stress piled on top of stress however without hesitation Bryan reassured us daily that everything was okay and he made sure our deadline was met and we were taken care of. It didn't feel like he was just doing a job and trying to get his commission out of it, it felt like he was welcoming us to the town as a neighbor and a friend, while also making sure we had the home we loved, our highest appreciation to him!!
