For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $352,500 in Hood County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $351,310 in November.

Pecan Plantation had 23 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 81—down 7.95% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
