Year-over-year, Highland Hills home values in this rolling three-month window have edged down, with the typical home value about 9% lower than a year ago. At the same time, median list prices have risen roughly 5% from last year, suggesting sellers are still testing higher asking prices. Compared with the broader San Antonio market, Highland Hills remains more affordable, with a typical home value well below the city’s rolling median sale price.
