If you are looking for an excellent realtor, Denise Ross is the one! She is a hardworking individual, trustworthy and goes beyond her duty. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and comps which is very important in pricing your real estate property at the right price. She has a sense of urgency and that’s very important. She will take charge and meet the buyer’s agent and the buyer take them through a tour of your property. Once an offer is made, she is there meeting the inspector, appraiser, surveyor and title company. She has excellent communication skills! Those are the qualities you need to look for in a realtor. She got an offer on our property in 5 days and closed in 3 weeks! She definitely is my realtor and will be working on my next project!
