Inventory in Iron County has eased slightly, with active listings down about 4 percent month over month and nearly 7 percent year over year to 770 homes. Contract activity is mixed, as homes sold slipped around 17 percent from last month and new listings fell almost 19 percent, while pending sales still managed a modest monthly increase.
