Inventory in Northeast Tacoma has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings nearly flat year over year while months of supply has climbed to about three months, up sharply from a year ago. Even with this added breathing room compared with Tacoma overall’s 2.1 months of supply, contract activity shows some cooling, as homes sold and pending sales are both down double digits year over year.
