Mazen was extremely helpful and was there for us throughout the entire process of selling our parent's home. If there were any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them, and if changes were needed, he would promptly address the issue(s) and resolve them to our satisfaction. When we first met Mazen, he was the realtor assigned to us for a house tour scheduled through Zillow. We already had another realtor lined up we had intended to use. Mazen won us over with his incredible responsiveness, and knowledge. Any day we wanted to tour, he'd make it happen. He would actively inspect various parts of the house we were particularly concerned about or interested in and would use some of his background experience to help us determine hits and misses. On multiple occasions he flat out told us he didn't think a house was a good option, and the reasons why. He's got a thorough understanding of which neighborhoods are ideal for a given budget and which aren't and why. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time. We would HIGHLY recommend Mazen to anyone looking for a realtor.
