Inventory in Federal Way has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 30% year over year and months of supply rising to 3.8, more than double last year. Contract activity is more mixed, as homes sold are roughly flat compared with a year ago while pending sales have slipped almost 9%.
