Guy Rowley is a successful MBA (Master Builders' Association) trained specialist fully dedicated to his work. He has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate and new construction. Guy's honest reputation and hard work have earned him a satisfied and loyal client base. He is a Washington State licensed Managing Broker, CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) certified, and a member of various associations, including NAR (National Association of Realtors), WRA (Washington Association of Realtors), and TPCAR (Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors). Additionally, he has completed Smart Selling and Smart Sales Management courses at Builder University.

Guy's accolades include the 1997 Rookie of the Year Award, President's Award, Sales & Marketing Executive of the Year Award, as well as being a Paul Harris Fellow and Arthur Wickens Fellow from Tacoma Rotary #8. He has served as a past member and president of the Puyallup Rotary Club and has also served on the board of directors for both the Puyallup Rotary Club and the Tacoma Learning Center.

Having lived in Puyallup his entire life, Guy is also an accomplished saltwater and river fisherman. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, traveling with his family, and golfing.
