In Downtown Tacoma, the rolling three-month data through July 2026 shows a market with moderate inventory and mixed contract activity. Active listings are down more than 12% year over year to 74, while homes sold and pending sales are each off by roughly 16% from a year ago, signaling slower buyer follow-through even as options remain available.
