Jenn is a terrific agent. We used her years ago and I immediately thought to call her when we were ready to sell. She is a very understanding and intuitive person. Found her to be a great support during this process. Our house sold in two days. Her knowledge and experience were excellent.

Jennifer Burns meet all of our expectations. She was always available when we had questions and always accomodated our schedules. She gave us her honest opinion based on what we were looking for in a property and encourage us to keep looking and that we could find what we were looking for in the current market. We saw that through her years of experience, she was able to point out things that we may have not otherwise seen. Jennifer helped us through the offering and counter offering processes to make sure everything was as we wanted. She kept all parties on task so nothing dragged and we actually closed early. My husband and I feel it would be hard for anyone to find as great of an agent as we found in Jen. We would definetely recomend Jen to anyone looking for an agent. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know much about the home buying process. Jennifer was honest, realistic, and patient with us. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She was helpful in guiding us on what to expect in this market, including how competitive it was going to be and what a good, competitive yet comfortable offer would be. She had great insights about things that were concerning about a property. She was very assertive when communicating with selling agents when we were ready with offers. Jen went above and beyond in making us comfortable with the sale of our house. We've lived in our home for over 20 years, and only because of a job relocation did we need to sell. Jen understood this and got to work right away. She put together market analyses that illustrated what we could realistically sell our house for, and even put us in touch with a C21 agent in our relocation market to help us find our new home.

The sale process was smooth and trouble-free. Jen helped us every step of the way. We would strongly recommend her and Century 21, and would definitely work with her again should the situation arise.

Jen Burns is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Especially if you are buying in the Lake Country area of WI. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is extremely responsive and quick to set up a showing. If she cannot make it she has an assistant that will. Although she has many clients at the same time she makes you feel like you are her only one. I referred her to my parents and after their house had spent months being on the market, she sold there house in a week! I highly recommend her.

Her knowledge of the area and the ability to price the property properly were key to us. She was always responded quickly to provide us with sound advice and answer any questions we had. Excellent experience!
