I was referred to the Hanson's by my atty. Super knowledgeable about the market and the area. My house was 20 years old and needed some tune ups. They recommended contractors from roofer to handyman to plumbers who were on time, did superior work at a cost much less than other contractors I contacted on my own. My house listed on a Thursday and I had three offers by Saturday- two over list. I was in a difficult personal situation at the time and they were beyond helpful professionally and personally. Sally and David Hanson made a potentially challenging real estate transaction into a genuinely positive experience.
