Trempealeau County had 17 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 64—down 15.79% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 64 active listings, 26.56% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Trempealeau County grew 22.61% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $285,000. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.
