Year over year, Converse County’s typical home value is up modestly, rising about 2 percent even as Wyoming overall has seen slightly faster appreciation. At the same time, the median list price has jumped nearly 10 percent from last year, signaling that sellers are aiming higher even though the county’s typical home value remains well below the statewide median sale price.
In the latest July 2026 snapshot, active listings are up roughly 25 percent from a year ago, yet the market still leans toward sellers with only 2.5 months of supply compared with 4.1 months across Wyoming.
