October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $287,000—down 8.16% over the previous 12 months. Casper had 85 new listings and 90 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 199—down 9.13% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
