Aaron Edwards

Aaron Edwards is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience, known for his market expertise and passion for helping clients succeed. He launched his career in 2006 with a national brokerage and, in 2010, joined a local firm where he sold full-time while leading recruitment—growing the company from 300 to more than 1,100 agents by 2018. In 2020, Aaron founded Idaho Life Real Estate, building it into one of the region’s most respected boutique brokerages. After successfully selling that company, he launched 3% Idaho Real Estate, blending his deep industry knowledge with a client-first model focused on smart negotiation and lasting results. He has also taught pre-license and continuing education courses at the Idaho College of Real Estate, reflecting his commitment to educating both agents and clients. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys Idaho’s outdoors with his wife and five children—hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and traveling together.
