I started Real Estate investing in 2017 and have developed a fantastic relationship with the greater Albuquerque area's real estate investor community, which means that I have cash buyers if anyone needs to sell their home fast. I work primarily with sellers, but I've also brokered land deals, manufactured houses, helped first time home buyers and luxury home buyers as well. I work with fantastic lenders that get the job done. If there's a way to qualify for a home, they'll find it. I also have good relationships with the New Construction community and can point buyers to brand new move-in ready homes if they desire. I even have my own website designed for that very purpose. I did over $4 million in gross sales in 2021, and have received a certificate of appreciation from GAAR (Greater Albuquerque MLS) for my efforts. I also pride myself in my accessibility and fast response time when my clients text, call, or email me. I'm the entire package. And I look forward to serving you.
