Agua Fria’s rolling three-month snapshot shows a market with more homes moving through the pipeline than a year ago, but still relatively limited inventory. Active listings are up more than 50% year over year to 15, while homes sold have jumped by roughly 139% and pending sales have risen by about 127%, pointing to much stronger contract activity.
