Adrian was originally licensed in 1996 and began his career at Coldwell Banker, where he worked closely with the independent franchise owner, Ron Mazzacane, for 13 years. At Coldwell Banker, he was a consistent production award winner and a Diamond Society Recipient for many years in a row. From there, Adrian joined a strong local independent agency known at the time as Page Taft-CHRISTIE'S (now COMPASS), where he spent 10 years as one of the top-producing agents year after year. His time at these two agencies, both corporate and local, allowed him to reflect on his next move. He worked briefly as a manager for a high-producing team, but this role just wasn't for him. Now, he has taken the helm as owner of Sunset Creek Realty, a highly successful local independent brokerage that has built a fabulous reputation for residential building and development over the past 15 years.
