I am so grateful that Alicia was my realtor. She honestly exceeded my expectations from the beginning. She had a whole powerpoint that she went over with me initially to explain the process and some things that I didn't know. When it came to looking for houses, she made sure they were in my price range and in the location(s) I wanted. I wanted to give up and get an apartment at one point, but I am SO HAPPY that I didn't. Alicia started working with me months before I moved from New York to Georgia. She is knowledgeable, an expert in her field, and a pleasure to work with. Great Experience
Alicia was very patient with me. I walked away from the home buying process because I was discouraged and didn't think it was affordable. She gave me space to reconsider/regroup without hounding me. A year later she was there ready to hit the ground running. I was back and forth with making decisions. She was patient with me. She advocated for me through adversity and advocated for me with the bank, inspector, builder, etc.
