Al is an accomplished real estate executive with over two decades of experience at eXp Realty. In 2021, Al and his daughter, Kristy Tachovsky, formed the "Tach Team" to provide clients with a superior real estate experience. Listings, buying properties, and negotiations are the Tach Team's core competencies. Al has been married for 36 years to his wife, Sandy, and they are blessed with two incredible daughters, Kristy and Taylor.

Al specializes in assisting individuals and families, as well as the 55+ senior living segment, helping them make important decisions regarding their current and/or future home or investment property needs. This includes navigating the complexities of bank-owned, foreclosure, and short sale transactions.
