Having never bought a short sale before, I was unsure of the process. Allison was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, navigating the ins and out of the short sale and the VA loan process. By working with her and her team, I was able to get a great deal at an amazing rate on an amazing home. The mortgage brokers, Sal Morabito and Luisa, Allsion set me up with were able to beat the rate I had gotten on my own, from a national veteran friendly bank. In addition the home inspector Allison recommended was incredibly through.
