Year over year in Lebanon, home values in this rolling three-month view are essentially flat, with the typical home value edging just slightly lower, while the median list price is up modestly by about 2 percent. Inventory has expanded more noticeably, with active listings up over 27 percent from a year ago, giving buyers more choices than they had last spring.
