We began our house hunt with Lee without a CLUE about the home buying process. She graciously + gracefully led us through the process every step of the way. We would not have been able to do this without her expertise, wisdom, clarification, 24/7 availability (THANK YOU ), and compassion. Lee understood our needs so clearly that she guided and advocated for us in areas we had little knowledge or understanding about. I cannot begin to thank or recommend her enough for the amount of energy she put into helping us find and purchase this home. Did I mention, we bought it sight unseen?! We were working with Lee for about a year before finally finding the right home + lender. So not only did she know exactly what we were looking for (even when we would change our minds) but we developed so much trust that when she sent us videos of the house with her honest feedback, we were confident it was the one! 10/10 Recommend Lee for anyone looking to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable, Realtor.

I give this review on Ms Lee Regalado as my Realtor voluntarily and with pleasure. I feel that Lee is deserving of my review given the roles she played in our recent purchase of a home. Armed with all necessary information about us, she availed us with what was available, and went ahead to advise us on the intricacies of real estate business, albeit as much as we could understand. I can say she played different roles including that of an advocate for us in all matters more so as we were transacting the business from outside of the United States. In the end, we succeeded in recovering some moneys from previous unsuccessful bids and ended up purchasing a house of our dream. She was tirelessly consistent and a very unassuming worker. Her follow-up, follow through and feedback in all matters were unmatched. She is indeed a consummate professional. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending her services to all and sundry related realty business.
