Hello! I'm Amanda Shepherd, and I was born and raised in Arizona. I fell in love with the beautiful city and welcoming residents of Ames when my husband and I moved here in 2010. Ames is where we have decided to raise our family, and we have found a great community here.

I work with families in Ames and the surrounding communities to help sell and find the perfect place to call home, all while ensuring they have a great experience. I have been a Realtor® since 2016 and recently (2021) received my Broker's License. I am now a Broker Associate with Hunziker. Becoming a Broker Associate has helped me gain more knowledge and confidence when working with clients and other Realtors®.

With the MRP Designation (Military Relocation Professional), I am able to use my knowledge and skills to help Military Families and Veterans find the perfect place to call home and transition smoothly to their next journey. I am honored and excited to serve those who have served our country!

Amanda was the perfect realtor for us buying our first home! We wanted someone who would be honest with us and help us throughout the process and Amanda did all of that and more. She was easy to work with, a great communicator and negotiator, and she helped us find our first home quicker than we ever anticipated.
