I began in commercial real estate while working at University Hospitals Health System of Cleveland. I worked in the Real Estate Leasing Department managing lease contracts for over 16 million square feet of space throughout Northeast Ohio. I negotiated lease contracts with landlords and brokers and have assisted in negotiating multi-million dollar lease deals. My experience in commercial real estate leasing at University Hospitals lead me to begin my business as a Realtor. My background in market research throughout Northeast Ohio has given me the foundation to better assist my clients in getting the most for their money. I am a National Commercial Real Estate Advisor (NCREA), Express Offers Certified, REO certified and a Certified Mentor.
