She was always just a phone call or email away and made sure we understood the process from our first meeting! Amy was awesome and worked hard for us from day 1. When it was time to negotiate our home purchase & repairs she was like a gladiator in the ring. "Are you not entertained?!" Unfair that I can't give more than 5 stars.
