I worked with Megan Otte to buy my first home. Even when she was on vacation. She was always willing to help me with questions. Once we found the perfect house, she made sure to make it to all the inspections that she could. One thing I loved is that she sent us videos to explain inspection reports and contracts. We wanted to look at literally dozens of new homes before making a decision and he accommodated. He was patient, helpful, insightful, it really made our needs and wants his number one priority. Fantastic team to deal with. I went with the full package they offered and was very pleased to what I got. My house went on the market on a Thursday and had one showing that day. Seven showings on Friday and five showings on Saturday. Also on Saturday they had an open house. Somewhere in those showings, an offer was made and the house went under contract that Sunday into Monday. So less than 4 days on the market and the place was sold.
