Matt Sarver grew up in Oregon and Florida and relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2003. Charlotte has proven to be a great balance of his home roots! In 2005, Matt joined Keller Williams Realty in the Lake Norman area. Matt's goal was to align himself with the #1 largest Real Estate franchise whose agent training, technology and reputation are highly regarded across the globe. For the last 12 years, Matt Sarver has earned The Charlotte Magazine's 5-Star Agent award. This award is given to only 5% of area agents, based upon overall client satisfaction. Matt is recognized nationally as America's Top 100 and top 1% of Realtors—a monumental achievement! In 2013, Matt founded The Sarver Group and also met his wife, Britt, that same year.
