Amy is a amazing! We could not find a resource this time around for my current project, but I will be keeping her as a resource for any future endeavors. Amy is a great realtor, I consider her my only realtor. I found her via an online search a few years back (2013), it was my first house and I had a lot of nerves and anxiety. She wasn’t the first one I called; everyone else either put me on hold for a long time, transferred my call around, or promised to call back but never did. When I called Amy she picked up on the second ring (good for business). She was able to guide me through the process and calm my nerves and she made my first home purchase exciting, exhilarating and enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable of the 904 area and very responsive and extremely helpful. I consider myself a loyal customer, I find what I like and I stick with it, so when it was time to buy again (2021) I knew exactly who I was going to call

I will start by saying that as much as someone can be, Amy is like a part of our family. She has sold 3 homes for us, helped us purchase 2 homes, and is a constant source of guidance and information. I have been in the insurance business for 20 years and understand what it means to care for your clients. Amy takes that idea to the next level. Pleasant Experience!
It was a great and easy experience. Living in a different state from where you are selling your property was a big concern but, Amy made it easy. Great communication throughout the process, always keeping us informed in every step. She always provided honest feedback and suggestions to guide us through. She went above and beyond when needed by helping coordinate utilities, yard work, HOA and management company.
