There were two challenges for the sale of our Jax Beach rental properties in early 2020; the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact we live in San Diego. I was ready to begin looking for a home around February 2020. I contacted Amy Powell because I knew her and she had done an amazing job selling property for my boss, but she is also a friend. It was a great and easy experience. Living in a different state from where you are selling your property was a big concern but, Amy made it easy. Great communication throughout the process, always keeping us informed in every step. She always provided honest feedback and suggestions to guide us through.
