Life happened quickly for me and I had to put my house on the market and leave the state. There was certainly no huge rush to sell, but Angie assured me that it would sell quickly if I followed her instructions. She also assured me that if I had to leave town before it sold that she would assist me in any way possible so that I would have the least amount of stress. I did everything Angie asked of me and the house sold incredibly fast with an incredibly smooth transition. I used Angie to buy the house and to sell. I will definitely use her in the future if I make it back to her area and I recommend her if you are looking for a fantastic agent.

Angie gave a 100% as our real estate agent. She does a wonderful job with the step by step process and she is great with staying in contact during the process. We lived out of town and Angie did a great job with coordinating for house hunting.

Angie is amazing! She assisted us with both purchase and sale of our home at prices we didn't think were possible. She is responsive, organized, knowledgeable and takes care of all the little details in the Real Estate process making it a breeze. We would hire her again in a second!

Angie is amazing! I am a first time homebuyer and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Angie was extremely communicative and informative. I literally knew nothing about the homebuying process when I first started, and she explained every step along the way. The search process lasted about five months and I never felt pressured into making any decisions; I truly felt like Angie was looking out for my best interests. Even though I’ve purchased my house, I still contact Angie with any questions I have. I would 200% recommend her to anyone looking in or around the Athens area.

We were so incredibly happy with our experience with Angie. She was always super helpful with my hundreds of phone calls since this was my first time buying a house.

We had a pretty complicated negotiation/due diligence period because of the type of home we were buying and Angie navigated everything so well. She was able to help us get everything we wanted from the seller and close at the perfect time.
