After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, she launched a successful career as a computer programmer; however, she soon found herself seeking a new opportunity that better spoke to her outgoing personality. Around that time, she met her husband, Gary Palmer, who was in the process of opening his own brokerage firm. Inspired, Ashley decided to switch paths, pursue her real estate license, and join him in the business in 2017.
