Ashley helped me find my home in Chicago while I was remote (and even abroad) for a period. She was an excellent communicator and listener. Since I couldn’t physically be there, she was great about sending me videos and giving me details about each place, its surrounding neighborhoods, streets, etc. She truly made me feel comfortable going through this process remotely. Every potential home she sent me took into account anything I had told her, which I really appreciated. She’s been great at helping me talk things through every step of the way and take the process to the finish line. My Realtor Ashley went above my expectations! She is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I was looking for an affordable home on a tight budget. She listened to my needs for an area with a close Metra station to commute to work, having a community with downtown area, parks and places to connect with others. It took awhile to find a home, because places were going quickly or I would be out bid on properties that met my needs. But I ended up in the perfect place and am so happy with my new home.
