Barry Hardison

After graduating from Georgia Southern, Barry’s professional career includes 17 years in sales and marketing with Marriott International, followed by 4 years as Regional Director of Franchise Sales for Hawthorne Suites and La Quinta Inns. This career provided him with an extensive background in hospitality, marketing, sales, and negotiations. Twenty-three years ago, he began his real estate career as a commercial investor. This allowed him to work from home and serve as Mr. Mom to his two young children, while his wife Suzanne taught at Hill City Elementary School. In 2006, he began his residential real estate career with Century 21 Best Mountain Properties, followed by Century 21 Lindsey and Pauley. Fourteen years ago, he founded 515 Life Real Estate Company here in Pickens County.

He has been happily married to Suzanne for 29 years. They have two beautiful children. Their daughter Hannah is 24 years old, a PHS graduate and also a graduate of Georgia Southern (Summa Cum Laude). Their son Reagan is 22.
