We recently decided to list our house, even though our neighborhood already had 4 homes for sale. We have known Patti for years and she has regularly sent us information on the local housing market. That shows good marketing skills which ultimately lead us to list with her. We were nervous because the other houses listed in our neighborhood had been on the market for a good while. She walked our home and felt confident it would sell quickly if we priced it competitively. We agreed on a price and finished getting it ready to show. In a couple of weeks we got our first offer which we accepted. Patti did a great job on marketing and communication. She constantly looked out for the details or the entire process. Selling a house is a stressful thing but Patti made it as smooth as possible. Now we are using her as our agent on the home we are buying. I am confident that process will be painless as well.

A 5 star experience. Patti is very knowledgeable and is a very good as a realtor. She first put our house on the market. She went right to work going above and beyond working to get it sold. While our house was on the market she worked just as hard to help us find our forever home. She most definitely did a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Patti has sold 2 of our properties, and we have purchased two properties with her expertise. Patti is very responsive and communicates processes and all the goings on during both the buying and selling processes. She gets IT DONE, and if there is a hiccup anywhere; she forewarns you. In this crazy housing market, time is crucial. Feel rested and easy in her hands. She found our new home in a time where it seems impossible. We got the money we wanted on our sale, and we negotiated a fair price for our new home. She really does care, and that separates her from everyone else in real estate. She will not put you somewhere that is going to be burdensome or not right for you. I have had experiences where a realtor will just try to sell to you and not care. Not Patti. We love her!
