About Amanda Mathis

Amanda got licensed in 2007 and over the years has earned her Certified New Home Sales Professional, Military Relocation Professional Certification, Move Safe Certification, Knock Certification, Ribbon Agent Certification and Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification. Prior to starting her full-time career in real estate, she worked at the Home Builders Association where she was the Director of Education for 12 yrs. This is where she obtained her license and helped to improve education for other agents and builders. After that she moved onto working with a local semi-custom builder in Land Acquisition for 4 yrs where she helped them to obtain land all over. This land was then developed for homes ranging from $400k plus. She went out into her own business in 2019 and was honored to have been recognized by the 400 North Board in their Circle of Excellence in 2021 for her 2020 sales. She is a member of the NAMAR & ACBR. She currently serves as a Member on the GAR Commercial Committee.
