Beth was indispensable in helping me find the perfect home in the ultra-competitive Denver market. She took the time to know my needs, then showed me homes with the best combination of location and amenities. We were able to find a place equidistant from my two offices with minimal commuting required--a must in this traffic! When it came to negotiation she was able to get the home under contract before it was officially listed, we avoided a bidding war and at the same time secured the most affordable sale price.
