My family and I were thrilled to work with Steve and Nicole from the Keyes Company. Our situation was complex for a variety of reasons, namely that the previous homeowner (our grandmother) passed away, the owner who inherited the property (our mom) was in the hospital, and my siblings and I are were in three different states and multiple time zones. Because our grandmother built her house in 1970 and never did any updates, the house didn't *look* very attractive.
My siblings and I were in Florida for just a couple of days to clean up the house and to get it on the market, but in those few days, we met and spoke to Steve and Nicole daily. Well, all i can say is he truly is the King of real estate. No one will fight you and do more you to help with this transition then him and his team. Nicole is an asset that no other realtor has. He is not just a realtor he is everything you need to get your house sold. When you enter in the contract with Steve just know you are entering in a successful one!!

My brother and I where the personal representatives of my brother's estate. We interviewed several Realtors and they all had the same story, how we needed their help, except Steve. Steve said, "I'll take care of that, don't worry about this, I can clean out all this stuff, we need to paint that wall, I'll sell it fast, I'll get the cleaning crew, and landscaper, get you the most money and on and on and on". Within an hour of signing the listing agreement people arrived and the preparation began. Phone calls on Sunday night a 9:00 with the dumpster guy, amazing. Steve did exactly what he said he would do, cleaned the stuff out, cleaned the place, painted, advertised, professional photos, and an acceptable offer in less than 5 weeks during the Christmas holiday season.
