If there were 10 stars I would give him "10". My experience with Sam Fugina @ Marlin Realty was amazing. I must commend him on his determination and passion for the business but mostly for his ability to effectively communicate. There was not a time when I asked/texted him questions where he did not provide a prompt response. He included me on emails to others within the process to ensure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my property. He has a strong knowledge of the community and the real estate market and was able to help me complete a very lucrative deal.
