I've known Bill Lumpp for years and observed his personal, social and business practices from the outside. When time to select an agent I felt Bill would be the most transparent individual to represent us in the sell of our house. He gave solid pre-listing recommendations of what to "fix" and what to not worry about along with setting a realistic yet agressive price that attracted potential buyers immediately. Once under contract, Bill guided us, again providing direction on how to respond to unrealistic requests or counter-offer to our advantage. The whole process went much smoother than I had ever envisioned. Bill is very knowledgeble about an amazing amount of facets within the real estate business and is very fair when time to negotiate.
