Bill Lumpp at Pink Flamingo Realty LLC was very helpful throughout the entire process of selling our parents' home. He gave suggestions for improvements we needed to do before listing the house, and for how to stage the home. He gave us the pros and cons for accepting an offer. My brother and I are not local to Nashville, and Bill was always available to answer our questions and to give information regarding issues. He helped us talk through "hiccups", and he put out little fires that occurred during the selling process. He helped us during a stressful (and sometimes emotional) process all the way to the closing day.

I've known Bill Lumpp for years and observed his personal, social and business practices from the outside. When time to select an agent I felt Bill would be the most transparent individual to represent us in the sell of our house. He gave solid pre-listing recommendations of what to "fix" and what to not worry about along with setting a realistic yet agressive price that attracted potential buyers immediately. Once under contract, Bill guided us, again providing direction on how to respond to unrealistic requests or counter-offer to our advantage. Bill was knowledgeable about what the price should be and what was selling in the area. He was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed.
