A few bumps in the road but Bill handled them and helped us handle what he couldn't and we felt very at ease!

Bill always had so much to add at each property outside of just noticing bumps or scrapes. He answered each question we had about electrical, heating/air, plumbing, etc. If he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. He went back and forth with the seller on our behalf so many times to ensure that we had the best deal for us. No ask was too big or too small for Bill!

Bill offered us so much grace at every step of the process. He was always available to answer our questions or provide us reassurance when things got rough. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us in purchasing our first home. He treated us just like he would have treated his own child and we felt so fortunate to have Bill at every step of the way.
