We can’t recommend our real estate agent Blair highly enough. From November through January, he dedicated his weekends to taking us all over — often well outside the city and sometimes more than an hour away — until we finally found the right home. He was consistently kind, patient, and courteous, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

One thing we really appreciated was how thorough he was. He always helped us check properties for FHA compliance and made sure we understood what to look for, which saved us a lot of stress and potential surprises. Early on he even gently suggested a different lender — advice we now realize would have saved us a lot of headaches (Rocket Mortgage ended up being very difficult to work with).

Throughout the entire process, he made everything feel easier. He was professional, honest, and also genuinely fun to work with — his humor and positive attitude made long days of house hunting enjoyable. Most importantly, we always felt like he was truly on our side and looking out for our best interests.

We’re so grateful for his hard work and guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and supportive from start to finish.
