Blanca & Michael Masci

Blanca Degarr-Masci, a seasoned Realtor and member of The Masci Team at Signature Real Estate Finder, brings over 30 years of business and real estate expertise, coupled with a background in TV and film. A California native, she developed a keen eye for design through her parents’ firm and honed her negotiation skills as a Florida business owner alongside her husband, Michael.

Blanca specializes in residential real estate investment, renovation, and house flipping, offering meticulous attention to detail and a client-first approach. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving on the Public Relations Team for Signature Gives Back and co-captaining the annual JARC charity event with Michael.
