October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $282,500—down 19.29% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $510,000 in Palm Beach County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $517,500 in November.
Palm Springs had 36 new listings and 33 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 160—up 1.27% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.

The median listing price for homes in Palm Springs fell 33.13% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $199,950. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
