About
Brad is a 2003 UGA Graduate. He moved to St. Simons and started working for Sea Island Resorts in 2004. After starting in a staff position as a real estate sales coordinator, Brad quickly proved himself a valuable team player and was promoted to Real Estate Sales Supervisor. Working alongside the agents at Sea Island Properties, he was inspired to take on a career in real estate. He took his licensing course in St. Simons and took the test in September of 2008. He has been working full time as a licensed agent ever since and loves what he does. He has earned the unique realtor designations of SRS, SRES and RSPS to better help his sellers to sell their homes. Brad got married to Angie Davis in 2010 and they had their first child, Conner, in June, 2011 and a second son, Collin, in November 2014. ‘Helping clients to buy and sell real estate in Glynn County is my passion. My main focus is working with buyers and sellers to get the best deal possible for my clients.'

Brad found 2 buyers for my lot on St Simons Island. The buyer wanted to close in 3 weeks . In all , we sold the lot and closed in less than 2 months. We received a fair price and most everything went smoothly.

After months of the house sitting on the market, I decided to change realtors and go with Brad Davis. Best decision ever! Being out of state, it's not always the ideal situation but he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Before I could even ask him, he eased my mind when I received a text from him saying that my house was ok after Hurricane Irma. He is very knowledgeable with the market and I definitely noticed more foot traffic and offers. He knew I wanted the house sold and he got it done! I highly recommend him!
