John has been fortunate to have had a wide array of experiences during his 25-year real estate career. Immediately after college he began working for the family real estate company, which at the time was a discount real estate company. They did their listings by volume, so John had the opportunity to list over 700 different pieces of property while selling for that company. In 2001 John assisted in the formation of a new real estate company called Chapman Hall Realtors. Before moving to Saint Simons Island in 2009, he was fundamental in the foundation of franchise sales for Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta. John was able to help sell six franchise offices before moving to the Georgia coast, where he opened up his own Chapman Hall Realtors office. However, nothing John has done in real estate has been as rewarding as joining forces with Engel & Völkers and opening up his own shop on St. Simons Island. It is truly an amazing brand with unbeatable tools and resources.
