About John Hallman
John has been fortunate to have had a wide array of experiences during his 25-year real estate career. Immediately after college he began working for the family real estate company, which at the time was a discount real estate company. They did their listings by volume, so John had the opportunity to list over 700 different pieces of property while selling for that company. In 2001 John assisted in the formation of a new real estate company called Chapman Hall Realtors. Before moving to Saint Simons Island in 2009, he was fundamental in the foundation of franchise sales for Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta. John was able to help sell six franchise offices before moving to the Georgia coast, where he opened up his own Chapman Hall Realtors office. However, nothing John has done in real estate has been as rewarding as joining forces with Engel & Völkers and opening up his own shop on St. Simons Island. It is truly an amazing brand with unbeatable tools and resources.

John Hallman listed and sold a vacant lot and a home for us. Both of these properties were for an Estate, therefore these listings and sales were very difficult due to the legalities and the emotional attachments involved. From the very beginning John was very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, honest, understanding and compassionate. In the process of selling the house we encountered some problems due to the age and structure of the home. This did not affect the work ethics of John, he held steady and continued to work hard with the goal of selling the home. I was very impressed with John keeping me informed on the process of the sale of the properties. I live in a different part of the state and he would call me continuously advising me of the showings and the prospective clients. When it came time to close these properties John was there to assist and advise me. I was pleased with John Hallman and would highly recommend him.
