I came to know Liz through Elam real estate and the process of buying our new home has just been phenomenal with her. She has done mostly back office work on our file and her communication skills, attention to detail, follow up, response time and coordination of home showings and coordination of communication to others in the process have really made an otherwise burdensome process, a stress free and efficient way to communicate. My husband and I even went way out into the country side to view homes where there was no cell service and she was able to connect us to the realtor by phone when we all lost GPS service.
Liz is really such a pleasure to work with and has such a bright and upbeat personality. I recommend her 10/10.

I’ve purchased and sold a number of homes; Eric by far raised the bar and in terms of the support I received. He was focused specifically on what I was looking for and was proactive in removing hurdles for both the sale of my existing home and purchase of a new home. I’ve never had a realtor take a load of trash away on my final clean up day on the home I was selling but Eric did. That is most certainly going above and beyond!
