Being out of state and selling my brother’s house seemed like a very daunting issue for which I had great concern. I was referred to Shawn Wright due to his kmowledge of the market, especially the area where my brother’s property was. Working with Shawn in the sale of my brother’s home went so smoothly, I felt I should be looking for a hidden problem but there was none. Shawn handled everything promptly and quickly from the first call I made to him. He knew the market and contacts better than anyone else with whom we had spoken. His growing up and living in Murfreesboro all his life gave me great confidence from the initial contact. He answered all my concerns and questions confidently and promptly. He responded to every text or call, even in the evening or on the weekend. I could not be happier (or more relieved) to have had the whole process completed and checked off my list.
