My name is Melinda Lawson, and I am the Owner and Broker of Cardinal Realty Solutions. I am a native of Rutherford County and have witnessed the county grow extensively over the years. I still live in Rutherford County with my husband, Kevin, and my daughters, Amber and Britney.

I have been in real estate for 14 years and have been a Broker of my own office for 5 years.

Real estate, to me, is the opportunity to help someone move from one point in their life to another with kindness, honesty, support, attention to detail, and guidance. Selling or buying a home can be a stressful time in someone's life without the knowledge and guidance a realtor can provide. With each new buyer or seller, I take the time to sit with them and review the process so they can prepare themselves for what to expect. Though my office is in Rutherford County, I serve the entire Middle Tennessee area and look forward to serving you.
