From the very beginning when we were in the brainstorming part of listing our house, Brad was very eager to help provide what-if information and answered all of our questions in no-pressure conversations. Throughout the entire process, we felt very comfortable with him, and he was always available whenever we needed him. Brad did an excellent job throughout the entire sales process. We received TONS of compliments on the pictures and videos of the property. He sold our property in just 24 hours! We couldn't ask for a better realtor, and would recommend Brad to anyone needing a realtor! We will be using him in the future on all of our real estate transactions!

I had a great experience with Brad. I was a very difficult client when it came to finding my forever home. I am very picky and didn't know exactly what I wanted at first. We looked at MANY homes and even put a contract on 2, but had to decline after the inspections were done. Brad was still very patient and was always available when I wanted to look at a home ( with 30 minutes notice).

Brad took care of everything. He even ended up taking care of things I didn't know I needed. I really felt like he was looking out for me through the whole process. He also had a whole arsenal of people to refer me to if I didn't have my own. I ended up using his preferred lender and I was very happy with the service. I really appreciated how he had the capability to take care of everything but wasn't pushy about it. He let me move at my own pace while keeping the process moving overall on the back end. I would definitely use him again and make referrals. He has a great demeanor and wealth of knowledge. I remember looking at one property where my daughter and I were admiring the curtains and the mirror over the fireplace. While Brad was offering to try to see about including those items, he was also checking on the age of the hvac system. These are things that most people don't think about. All I can say is "good looking out Brad!".

Brad made the sale of our home so easy. He answered many questions, anticipated any "bumps in the road" that were possible, and communicated wonderfully. I reiterate: extremely good communication! Very accessible and willing to go not just the extra mile, but several extra! He is driven, passionate, loves what he does, and genuinely wants to help people.
